Lifhacker.org had a post yesterday about the secret to a healthy body. They list five key things in their secret to being healthy: aerobic exercise, stretching, balancing, strength building, and deep breathing. Their secret is pretty clear. Do yoga. Their post many times describes how each step can be achieved through yoga. Maybe their title should have been 'Our secret to a healthy body is doing yoga'.
Let's breakdown each of their steps.
First is aerobic exercising. I get some.
Stretching. I've never been very flexible. I could definitely work on this.
Balancing. I feel pretty balanced, but sometimes I do stumble a bit.
Strength building. My strength is in my mind.
Deep breathing. The last time I did this I got into trouble and wasn't allowed to use the phone for a month.
It is pretty clear after some analysis, I should take up yoga.
